We use the most modern technologies of metal metallization that satisfy the requirements for the highest quality.<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"subtitle\">The lifetime extending of the surfaces of structures and machines<\/h3>\n<p><strong>The metal metallization<\/strong> (known also as <strong>schoop plating<\/strong>) is <strong>heat spraying<\/strong> on metal coats. The created layer <strong>protects the metal<\/strong> surface from <strong>humidity<\/strong> and <strong>oxygen<\/strong>. Thanks to this fact the metallization significantly contributes to protection of steel and other metals. Side by side the <strong>anti-corrosive protection<\/strong> the metallization also better the characteristics for specific use. Due to better resistance to other unfavourable effects is the <strong>lifetime<\/strong> of structures and machines severaltimes <strong>extended<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subtitle\">We will choose the suitable way of metallization, schoop plating<\/h3>\n<p>There are used two types of metal metallization for different purposes and specific needs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Electrometallizing devices<\/strong> (lower cost)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Metallizing gas gun<\/strong> (more suitable for specific operations)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thanks to this fact we are able to satisfy also really <strong>demanding requirements<\/strong> of metal metallizing <strong>including the work in difficult conditions<\/strong> and on <strong>places which are hard to reach<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Metal metallizing is provided with respect to modified material. We adapt ourselves to all your requirements. We are able to satisfy the demand for the most frequent zinc, copper or aluminium metallization as well as for less usual metal metallizing.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subtitle\">Connected services \u2013 metal sand blasting<\/h3>\n<p>There is a need to prepare every surface in the right way before the metallizing treatment itself. All the <strong>grease<\/strong> and <strong>oil<\/strong> needs to be <strong>removed<\/strong> but there is also a need to provide thorough <strong>metal sand blasting<\/strong> of <em>Sa from 2,5 to 3<\/em> surface clean according to the <strong>\u010cSN ISO 8501 standard<\/strong>.
