One of ours most important customer is the company Kunc ocelové konstrukce Ltd. (http://www.kunc-steel.cz/). We provide the complete services in the surface treatment of metals to this company. It is mainly about the surface treatment of hall steel structures, technological equipment, load-bearing structures etc. The surface treatment process is often set by the projectant itself, mainly it is about preparation of surface by abrasive jetting contunuing into coating of different thickness and in different amount of layers. The thickness and amount of layers is usually set by the ČSN EN ISO 12944 standard, needed lifetime and considered corrosive environment. The structures treated in this way are exported throughout Europe.

We provide the coating of belt conveyers for the Bluetech Ltd. company, the belt conveyers are exported all over the world. The surface treatment is mainly about degreasing and two-layer coating which is provided directly afterwards.

The customer was Tenza joint-stock company, surface treatment was done in the way of blasting of Sa 2,5 level and continuing into four-layer Derisol coating system. The coating system was set according to the TKP 19B.

Concrete surface preparation for providing the rehabilitation within reconstruction of power plant in Prunéřov
Our customer was in this case the join-stock company Freyssinet CS., we provided the surface preparation in the way of high-pressure water ray jetting or abrasive silicon sand blasting. The cooperation begun in the year 2013 and lasts up to the present. In this year we managed to extend the cooperation with the Freyssinet CS JSC within the frame of concrete jetting of water plant in Pilsen. The treatment is also mainly about concrete surface preparation before rehabilitation.

The client company was the Dirninger POTRUBÍ A MONTÁŽE Ltd., the treatment consisted of Sa abrasive surface jetting and subsequent four-layer coating system by Fraytag company. The delivery includes also pallet wrapping.
